Dr. Nadir Memon
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Memon graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2008. He began his career at St. Charles Rehabilitation Network working as an Outpatient Physical Therapist. Presently, Dr. Memon has opened his first Orthopedic Physical Therapy clinic in Central Islip. During his past time, he enjoys spending time with his family, specifically his two beautiful daughters. Dr. Memon is a soccer fanatic and this passion was the driving force into sports medicine.
Patient benefits are verified prior to the start of treatment and individualized payment plans are available to those without coverage. We will work with you to accommodate your individual needs.
